Shirley Dial Brewster, born Jan. 5, 1936, passed away Feb. 24, 2013. Services will be held Friday, March 1, 2013, at The Fountain of Praise, 13950 Hillcroft Ave. in Houston.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Ivy Beyond The Wall Service will begin at 1 p.m. Viewing will also be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Grants Chapel AME Church, 708 W. South St. in Palestine. Interment will be at Memorial Cemetery in Palestine.
