Jerry Eppes, 66, of Hempstead, passed away on Feb. 12, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nelda Eppes; and uncles, Benny Eppes, Johnny Youngblood and Bobby Youngblood.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Eppes; daughters, Amanda Eppes Barta and husband Mark, Amy Chibib, and Cindy Eppes; son, Bruce Eppes; sister, Rhonda Harper and husband Lowery; and grandchildren, Penelope Jean Barta, Amelia Grace Barta, Drew Chibib and Davis Chibib.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
