Billy Dale Duncan III, infant son of Billy Dale Duncan Sr. and Tiantian Liu was stillborn on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at Texas Children’s Hospital Houston. Though he never spent any time with us he is loved much.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Kelly Frank Duncan and Billy Dale Duncan Jr., both of Palestine; sister, Lyric Ann Duncan of Palestine; grandparents, Kelly Duncan of Cayuga and Barbara Duncan of Whitehouse; grandfather, Yunfeng Liu and grandmother, Xiaodan Tian, both of Mianyang, Sichuan, China; uncle, Alan Duncan of Neches; aunts, Jo Dee Duncan of San Antonio, Tina Little of Boerne, and Menghan Wu of Mianyang, Sichuan, China.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Judson Cemetery in Cayuga with the Rev. Melvin Shead officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
