Carl Edward Ling

Services will be held at a later date for Carl Edward Ling, 58, of Palestine.

Carl Edward Ling was born Sept. 20, 1953, in Koontz, Texas to James Ling and Christine Walls Ling. He was a carpenter. 

He died on May 17, 2012 in a Tyler hospital. 

Carl is survived by his mother, Christine Walls Ling; four sons and their wives, Carl and Debra Ling of Baytown, Randall and Crystal Ling of Freeport, Donald and Robin Ling of Palestine and Jeremiah Ling of Rosharon; four daughters and their husbands, Josie Ling of Channelview, Debbie and Adrian Garza of Houston, Summer and Stanley Girard of Palestine and Charlene and Henry Meyer of Palestine; one sister, Linda Hornung; three brothers, James Ling, Larry Wayne Ling and Mark Lundee; 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
