Funeral services for Robert Blake Herod, 51, of Houston, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church of Grapeland, with the Rev. Bill Denham officiating. Burial will follow in Parker Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster.
Mr. Herod died Sunday in Houston.
He was born Aug. 15, 1960 in Bryan, to Bobby and Ila Myrl Long Herod.
Mr. Herod was a welder for G.E. Oil & Gas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Anne Marie Herod.
Mr. Herod is survived by his brother, Brian Herod and wife Michele of Houston; niece, Alanna Herod; and nephew, Gabe Herod.
Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Chapel Grapeland.
