Carol, beloved wife of Clayton Cook and mother of daughters Julianne (Port Townsend, Wash.) and Alisa (Hilden, Germany) and son Scott (Austin, Texas) died peacefully in Seattle on Oct. 27 following a long bout with diabetes. A ceremony of celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12 at Skyline at First Hill, Seattle.
Contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund in lieu of flowers.
