With the beginning of a new year often comes new goals for a healthier body — both inside and out. Jamie’s Therapeutic Touch Day Spa is offering weight loss treatments and supplements to meet the needs of all.
With the spa’s new VibraTrim — a stand up, shaking machine — one can burn 250 calories during a 10 minute session. Cost is $45 for unlimited monthly sessions.
Zumba classes start back on Monday at the Hampton Inn, with Aqua Zumba from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays and Zumba Basic from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays. Cost is $20 a month for four sessions for either or $35 for both. Participants must pre-pay at Jamie’s.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Bradley Hubbard, MD will be at Jamie’s on Jan. 9 and on Jan. 23 for Botox and Juvederm injections.
Some of Jamie’s January specials include: Weight loss injections (B-12, Lipo-B Complex, Lipo-B Plus or the new Lossinez), prepay for five shots get one free plus six sauna sessions, six VibraTrim sessions and six tanning sessions; Medi-Slim anti-cellulite and firming treatments, $80 each; and anti-cellulite massages, $65.
New treatment specials include: Tummy firming, $45; bust-firming, $45; Ionithermie cellulite, $105; and full-body compression therapy and lymphatic drainage system Pressotherapy, $45.
As an alternative to weight loss injections, Jamie’s also offers B-12 drops for $31 a month and the new lipo pills.
