PALESTINE —
The Relay for Life committee will be holding a “Team Captain University” on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. at Palestine Regional Medical Center’s Senior Activities room.
“This is training to help out anyone who is thinking of starting a team or who has had a team in the past,” said event coordinator Jennifer Snyder. “They use this to answer questions and help new and old captains out.”
Snyder encouraged anyone interested in being a team captain or wanting to become more involved with Relay for Life, to take this opportunity to attend the meeting and get some training.
If you have any questions about the meeting or about Relay for Life, contact Jennifer Snyder at 903-729-6882. Those planning to attend are asked to preregister by calling Snyder.
