PALESTINE —
The Anderson County Commissioners Court will hold its regular meeting at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the county courtroom of the Anderson County Courthouse Annex at 703 N. Mallard St. in Palestine.
Item’s on the agenda include:
• Approve minutes from previous meetings.
• Budget amendments.
• Consider approving bills.
• Approve utility crossing county roads.
• Hear from representative of Secure Covenant Interests, Ltd. regarding the Pines at Brushy Creek subdivision and take action as necessary.
• Discuss the transfer of 2004 Ford Pickup from Sheriff’s Office back to Emergency Management and take action as necessary.
• Discuss contract of Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 upgrade/renewal with Xerox and take action as necessary.
• Discuss lease on OCE (Canon) copier for the Tax Office and take action as necessary.
• Consider and take action on a Contract for Citation Filing Services with Graves Humphries Stahl, LTD. (GHS).
• Consider and take action on Submitter Merchant Payment processing agreement with Chase Paymentech and Net Data.
• Consider and take action to authorize the County Auditor to go out for bid on the Old County Jail, Block 16, Lots 4A and 4B, at 704 Avenue A, Palestine, Texas.
• Discuss insurance consulting contract for 2012-13 and take action as necessary.
• Declare equipment surplus for Precinct 2 Road and Bridge Department and take action as necessary.
