Bert and Sharon Duerer are the best, most thoughtful newspaper carriers. A young woman in our area has a handicap and difficulty walking alone. The Duerers turn into her driveway and he throws the newspaper at her door. How thankful she and her family must be for the Duerer’s kindness.
Several years ago my Baptist Church celebrated our 50th year anniversary. The Herald Press did a nice article about the church and the Duerers left five extra copies in my driveway.
I hope your paper carrier is like the Duerers.
