PALESTINE — Dr. and Mrs. Joe Wardell of Jacksonville are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Jason Wardell to Jodi Patterson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Patterson of Bronte. Jason is the grandson of Doris and the late Lloyd Lasiter of Palestine and Arline and the late Marvin Wardell of Dallas. Jodi is the granddaughter of Marion and Idamae Patterson of Poyner and the late Ted and Frieda Stanley. The wedding will take place in Jacksonville in October.
