Here is a little “stress relief” for the holiday season: restorative yoga. Conducted by our certified instructor, Paula Ellis, restorative yoga is just what it sounds like: relaxation, breathing, and feeling restored at the end of the session. As an addition to the regular Friday morning yoga classes (Intermediate 9 a.m. and Chair Yoga 10:15 a.m.), restorative yoga will be on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. starting Tuesday and run for six weeks. Each class is self contained so, not to worry if you have to miss a class.
Restorative Yoga encourages maximum relaxation so padding created by blankets, towels, or pillows is a must. Bring your mat, if you have one, and whatever padding you want.

MOVIE REVIEW ‘The Wolfman’: The return of classic horror
Joe Johnston's “The Wolfman” revels in history. Credits call attention to its basis in the 1941 Lon Chaney movie “The Wolf-Man,” but the plot pays homage to two other classic horror films as well: 1935's “Werewolf of London” and the Hammer Pictures paean to lycanthropy, “The Curse of the Werewolf” (1961).
