Visit Palestine sign
Members of the City of Palestine Tourism Advisory Board, from left, tourism director Susan Cottle-Leonard, Lori Pennington, Lois Durant, Fran Lindsey, Lynn Scribner, Sam Aryanpur and Robert Vineyard, stand in front of the new sign that was erected across the road from the Texas State Railroad Palestine Depot entrance on U.S. 84 East. The sign was put up by the board to encourage more people who visit the Texas State Railroad to visit Palestine as well for its accommodations, restaurants, arts and antiques.
